Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended slightly.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Nevaro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Our support team will gladly assist you whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
